Highly recommended! Here is the perspective of a German traveler who has been to Capetown before: 1. Amazing service. Everyone I met, especially highly recommended Krystle. She is amazing. You feel in good hands and ppl are all trustworthy. 2. Car: was a bit older, but very reliable. 3. Prices: absolutely reasonable and fair. 4. Company: not that small at all, but still feels like a family business. 5. Pick up: everything was smooth and fast for SA (20 mins). Quite a bit paperwork though. 6. Most important - car problems: you know that you are at a good rental company when you experience problems with the car and they get handled professionally and quick. Unfortunately someone stole parts of our car (yes that might happen in Capetown), however the parts were replaced within 2 days and we got an exchange car for the whole time. I must say that was handled perfect and professionally. Car hire also send someone to exchange the car at our home. You can not ask for any better. Downside is just that the deposit was deducted for that theft as it is not coveredbytheinsurance. Keep in mind that the cars might be a bit older (but reliable at all times) and that you are leaving a deposit, which is your total risk (5k in my case), further that the insurance doesn't cover as much as you might used from the big rentals. All in all: I would always book here again. Good prices, good people and decent cars.
